Sharon Botha


Having casually taken yoga classes as a form of stretching and ways in which to challenge her body and mindset for years, Sharon, who also shares a love for fitness and health, had the desire to officially start practicing with the intent to be more mindful and deepen her practice, making it a part of her lifestyle instead of just a routine slot in her day. 

Sharon completed her 200 Hour RYT Hatha and Vinyasa teacher training through TriFocus and under the guidance of Tara Bezuidenhout, in 2023. Her current focus in yoga classes is to help deepen the practice of the new comer as well as the regular practiced yogi allowing one to feel all rounded, self-achieved and restored after every class.


Classes are beginner-based combined with a restorative touch. Her classes are for anyone who is ready to bring yoga into their lifestyle.
