We offer one-on-one private sessions that is made accessible through online digital streaming. All you need is some good internet connection, your mat/carpet or towel and some space for you to move around in uninterrupted for a few minutes of the day.
Classes are tailored according to your needs, and are guided through a slow flow which can be adjusted from gentle and soft to sweaty and strong. Whatever you'd prefer, it's your practice!
