Classes are structured in a way that is approachable for all levels to enjoy and benefit from. These sessions are designed to remind you that every practice is unique. We focus on basic breathing techniques, light meditation and gentle movement to warm up and release the body of any tension.
With a hands-on approach and strong focus on alignment, our classes can be adjusted to your capabilities as we allow ourselves to improve spinal health, flexibility and deepen core strength.
Classes can be anywhere between 60 - 75min and are one-on-one at R450 a session.
Semi-privates are also an option for up to 3 people at R150 pp joining.
