Guide to Meditation & Mindfulness
A 2-hour workshop to learn how to make meditation and mindfulness a practical doing in your day-to-day life.
This workshop is for anybody who is looking to reconnect to their inner self and who needs some support in slowing down.
We'll explore simple, approachable and realistic ways of meditation, breathing and mindfulness techniques that's accessible, and easy to remember, for you to do at any time of the day.
If you're somebody who struggles with anxiety, this is for you.
If you're somebody who lives a very busy life - professionally and/or personally, this is for you.
If you're somebody who would just like to get out of the damn house (and escape the kids) for 2 hours - then this is totally for you!
Along with the guided practice, your workshop will include:
- A yoga block to keep
- Visual notebook on techniques so you can practice at home
- Fun mindfulness activity and gift
- 20% discount on any group class at the studio post workshop
- Drinks and light lunch
